Our GEMMS coordinator will work closely with your practice to provide a customized transcription service package that is tailored to meet your specific needs. Our customized GEMMS application services include the following:
- Transcription directly into existing ECISplus/GEMMSOne documents (this eliminates "cut and paste" activities by your in-house staff, which is time-consuming and creates a possibility for mistakes)
- Physician dictation, including progress notes, office consults, and diagnostics
- Customized correspondence, all of which is fully integrated within the ECISPlus/GEMMSOne system, including referring physician letters and diagnostic study results
- Faxing via your GEMMS fax server, eliminating the need for your staff to send faxes
- Dedicated GEMMS customer service via telephone, email, and Yahoo IM
