Since its formation, the office has specialized in serving physician offices and ambulatory clinics. Led by Managing Director Marlene McCoy, the office recognizes there is no "one size fits all", and works to find the right solution for the workflow in your office. Tampa Bay Office
Our Tampa Bay office has been serving the needs of bay area medical practices since 1987. Led by Managing Director Karen Kasper, the office serves a wide variety of ambulatory practices and has significant expertise serving the unique needs of ambulatory surgery centers and radiology departments.
Utilizing MD-IT's state-of-the-art medical documentation platform, physicians have patient records available on-demand, from any web-enabled computer. In surgery center environments, this electronic accessibility can be extremely important prior to surgery. For example, practicing physicians can login to the MD-IT Platform from any web-enabled surgery center computer and review up-to-date patient information, including history and physical, referring and consulting documentation, medications and allergies, reports and more.
Following surgery, physicians can dictate post-op notes, which are transcribed and ready for review in under 24 hours. Upon electronic approval, patient notes can then be distributed automatically via HIE or fax.
With MD-IT's exclusive digital workflow, electronic patient records are available on-demand, anytime, anywhere!
Contact Karen today for more information on how MD-IT is revolutionizing medical documentation workflow in the Southeast region.
